上次看到粗饼网的一条微博。

这是WCA对记录认证的一个标准。
我想请问一下这条标准是什么时候开始执行的。

比如我看到WCA的官网上对Felilks在Melbourne Cube Day 2010第一次打破了三速单次WR，成绩为7.03秒，但是在随后的决赛中再一次将WR刷新到6.77秒。

如果按照这个标准：在一个比赛日内，对于同一项目，如果纪录在不同轮次里先后被打破，只承认最好的成绩为纪录。

原先的7.03秒不应该被认证为WR

好吧，其实是我对于这个标准挺不理解的，如果是从2003年开始就是这样我能接受。
但是如果是在前几年改的，我想请教一下这样改动的理由。
在第一轮打破了记录应该就算是记录，即使在后面的轮次被打破了，在前一位选手的页面成绩上也应该标注上记录的。
打破一次记录还真的是不容易啊，打破了还没法得到认证还真的是悲剧啊

补充楼下的：

简单的说就是，在2012年以前没有设定规则只按比赛日来认可，故以前的比赛往往会出现一场比赛里多个纪录重叠刷新。后来WCA board逐渐发现了这个问题，在2012的规则里明确说清楚了只按比赛日来认可记录，2013的规则进一步完善，避免由于世界各地同时开始比赛的时候出现的记录重叠被打破的现象。

Art. 9i2 updated. All the results of a round are considered to take place on the last calendar date of the round. If a regional record is broken multiple times on the same calendar date, only the best result is recognised as breaking that regional record. (2012 version: "Results of official WCA competitions are dated to the calendar date of the competition. If a competition spans multiple days, the results of each round are dated to the last scheduled calendar date of the round.").

从而可知这条规则是从2013年开始执行的，精确的时间应该是2013年1月1日。

至于最早提交时间，根据考证，这次更改最早是在 https://github.com/cubing/wca-do ... ca037b612c535458406 这里提交的，即提交时间是2012年9月18日。

现在不理解为什么要避免多个纪录重叠刷新？

Natan Riggenbach: I think the intent was that if a regional record was broken twice on the same day, but at different competitions, it was difficult to tell which had been broken first, and therefore whether one or both should be listed. But if we are talking about different rounds of the same competition, the problem disappears. However, the wording now allows only for one to be listed and I have a competition where this is also contravened (NR in both the first and third rounds).

Lucas Garron: The reasoning is that the policy is essentially arbitrary, and this is the simplest.

他们的意思就是说反正对于不同地区的比赛在同一天都刷新的一个记录，很难有个很好的处理方法。既然没一个完全的办法，就选一个最简单易操作可控的办法好了，因此就是现在这样。

总感觉对于第一个破纪录者不是很公平....

那同一个比赛同一个轮次，破纪录还有先后呢。。。

记得某卷的12板同一轮有破过ASR的。。。

第一次参加比赛时，老瓦三盲第一次31秒多，破WR,第二次30秒多再次破WR

同一个比赛不同轮次还好，若是两个地区同一天有比赛，比如一个出了个三速单次5.3，一个出了个5.2，官方拿到数据也不能断定谁先谁后，毕竟数据提交也有先后，各地也有时差，赛程也不完全一样，于是就做了最简单的处理。。。

虽然我也赞同lz观点，确实破个R挺不容易的。。。运气不好同一天又出个就真悲剧了。。。不过毕竟是规则。。。。

对于我这种暂时破不了R的我不担心。。。但是对于楼主应该需要了解，这个规则是需要知道的

某cm斜转汕头赛同一个轮次两把都破Asr都是2.92

对于“一天”是以比赛地的时间为准还是以一个标准时间？
