Diy 各种魔方及其变体也是玩魔方的一个境界，昨天和 Cube 大烟头 天亮 一起聊天，说到这个想法，先收集一些资料，欢迎感兴趣者加入。

Diy 魔方主要就是做出各种魔方块，毕竟不是批量生产，精度还可以就行。出了粗模后还可以手工修整，这方面几位大师都很有经验。但是魔方里很多魔方块是一样的，重复手工也很无聊，所以采用液体快速成型材料可能是个好方法。

作出魔方块可以用木头，但是加工有点累（铣刀可能比较好），或者用石膏等，但是韧性肯定是不行的，

估计 液体成型塑料（Liquid Plastics）是个好选择。

齿轮都做得出来，魔方块肯定是没问题：

Build a Mold Box

• Cut 4 boards (wood or acrylic) into strips measuring2.5 in. x 24 inc. (6.4 cm x 61 cm)

• Cut smaller strips to size

• Join large and small strips together with screws to form four individual right angles

• Use clamps to secure the sides and create variable-sized mold boxes to accommodate different sizes of models

• Apply a sealing agent to porous materials

• Apply the proper release agent using the "spray, brush, spray" method.

Measuring Mold Rubber

• Pre-mix the Part B before combining with Part A

• Dispense proper amounts of Part A and Part B into the mixing container and stir thoroughly

• Always read the product technical bulletin to determine the proper mix ratio for the material

• Mix the rubber aggressively--be thorough, not fast.

• Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing contain several times.

Pouring the Rubber

• Do not pour the rubber directly onto the model

• Pour into the lowest point of the mold box and allow the rubber to seek its own level

• Let the rubber cure overnight at room temperature

• Speed up the cure time of the rubber by using heat or a chemical accelerator

• Remove the clamps and side walls of the mold box

• The rubber mold will flex easily away from the model

• The mold cavity captures precise detail

Casting Into the Mold

• Apply the proper release agent

• Measure out proper amounts of Parts A & B

• Combine Parts A & B and mix thoroughly

• Pour the liquid plastic slowly into the mold

• The liquid mixture cures into a hard plastic replica

快速样件复制技术

问题是模也不好做啊

做手板用的模具一般用石膏模，很久以前读书时候上实验课，拿石膏粉做模，照着动物玩具一模一样的做一个出来，很简单的过程，做模，一模一样的做一个仿造品出来也不过几个小时。
