一、1980年台湾产的魔方

This Rubik's Cube is the old stock from 1980's. It is old, but is still sealed -- it has never been opened.

It has the following colors: Orange vs. Purple, Green vs. Black, and White vs. ??? (in the bottom face and I cannot see it).

The black stickers are kind of unique!!! From a distance, you might thought it has some missing stickers. But, the stickers can be seen clearly if you are closer to it.

The stickers are in very good condition. There are some very minor blemishes.

It shows "Made in Taiwan" on the box and I do not know if there is instruction sheet in it or not -- it's still sealed.

二、这个可能更早期的，魔方块还是实心的[em02]

Very rare Pentangle Magic Cube, actually "pre-Rubik's-Cube" from the late 1970s. That's right, "pre-Rubik's-Cube". At the very beginning Erno Rubik's invention was only called "(The Hungarian) Magic Cube", only later was it renamed to "Rubik's Cube". This is one of the earliest cubes produced, a piece of cube and UK history (Pentangle distributed the cube in UK, first introducing it to the western world).

六、１９８６年版的魔板，我在国内有买５个，老猫当初有买了20个，绝对值得收藏的。不知老猫买的被人分光了没有，需要的人可问他一下[em01]

十，这个前面好象有发过，但这个图片更祥细一点，所以再来一次

Mint collectible Politoys/Politechnika Rubik's Cube. Checked but never played with, it's a rare collectible that also has the potential to become a great speedcube. All pictures (larger versions below) show the actual cube+box+leaflet you're bidding on.

It was produced by Politoys/Politechnika in Hungary in the late 70s or early 80s, can't tell exactly because I don't see a date anywhere. The cube is mint and the box is in very good condition, the top hasn't even been folded up like it's supposed to be. I *carefully* disassembled the cube only once in order to take a picture and more importantly to check that everything is alright (which it is).

The plastic is thick and strong and the stickers are good robust vinyl. I didn't open the center pieces but based on several other cubes of the same kind I believe (just can't guarantee) it has great screws with large heads (that block the centers so the springs don't have to do that job, which is common but bad) and no thread on the upper part (so they can't get tangled up with the springs).

１３、This is a VERY rare Prince Charles and Lady Diana Rubik's cube - in mint condition and still sealed!

The puzzle is dated 29th July '81 and the seal around the bottom has never been removed. There is a bit of paper with Princess Di's face in the top, which I imagine is the instructions. These appear VERY seldom on ebay !

here's a rare find, a vintage puzzle cube still in the original package!
THE CARD IS UNPUNCHED!
There is one small blemish where a second hand
price sticker removed a small spot of paper in the upper
right hand corner of the card.
The corners are mostly very good with only
a very slight amount of puckering.
There are no creases in the card
and the toy is securely attached.
The cube is copyrighted 1982 by Four Star International Trading Company
of Cleveland Ohio and was made in Taiwan.

"Ultimate Cube has over 3 Trillion possible combinations... More difficult than Rubik's"

The key to the cube is to recognize the color pattern...
