I was able to understand the principles and logic of the puzzle and solve it. this is very exciting and a challenge!
the same way I was able to perform the transformation of "Wall Cube" <-> "Burr Cube", I found the formula in 150 steps
(If you want to get the classic "Wall Cube", you can buy "Burr Cube" from Meffert and perform this conversion)
but I want to warn "Wall Cube" and "Burr Cube" is not the same! "Burr Cube" puzzle more difficult.
I did some research:
1. On forum TwistyPuzzles.com nobody has done this puzzle before
2. On forum MF8 one guy had already made such a puzzle - September 28, 2009:

but he published it after me - May 24, 2009

Hold your wall cube the same way as the animated gif above and perform :
- U' Dw D' F' B (to be in a domino configuration)
- R2U'R2UR2yR2UR2U'R2Uy' (that's a Tperm on a domino. it's 11htm if you adapt it to a FM 3x3x3 solve. It's a Jperm on a square-1. and it rotate U center 90° clockwise)
- M2 to switch centers from U and D face
- R2U'R2UR2yR2UR2U'R2Uy' to rotate D center and get corners and edges back into place
- M2 to get U and D centers back in place
- B' F D Dw' U
