不知道怎么的，大脑一短路，打成英文的了。。就这样看吧。。。我英文水平不好，将就看看吧。。希望大家能够帮我解决些

First,rubik’s cube with feet ‘s preferred format for finals is best of X ,but many competitions in China ,the format is means of 3. I’d like to ask the WCA delegate ,can rubik’s cube with feet use best of 3?
Second , China FM2011 in November 6th in 6 province ,which of this competition is ture? This is a big competition in our country or 6 competitions in 6 provinces? I had seen the WCA official website .It is FM2011 in **(province). In my opinion ,it’s 6 competition . So I have another question , WCA regulation said that : 8a5) The competition should have at least 12 competitors. But in Henan and Shenyang province,there are only 3 competitiors. Why?
Third , WCA delegate have to providing the scrambles . Now in the competitions ,WCA delegate can take part in the competitions. How to make sure that the competition is justice ? We all know that
WCA delegate know the scramble .
this is only my question.
Fourth, many judges in WCA competitions are professional judges. For example,in Taiyuan 2011 on May,21th, the judges don’t understand WCA regulation,I want to ask that can anyone who don’t know the WCA regulation be a judge for a WCA competition?

That’s my questions about competitions ,I hope I can get good answers.

我的观点：
1、赛制所影响的是当场比赛的排名，而不是具体成绩。无论你采取Mean of 3还是Best of 3，选手都会有一个单次最快和平均成绩。而且”Preferred format for finals“不是”Possible formats“，这与规则不冲突。最后，猜猜看世锦赛用的是什么赛制？
2、人数问题暂不表态
3、觉我推测，一位代表在上任前都应该做出过相关承诺并度过一个”观察期“，因此在有切实的不利证据出现之前，所有WCA代表都被认为是诚实的的。如果你真有证据证明某位代表利用职务破坏比赛公平性，请举报；反之请谨慎对待这一问题。
4、裁判的专业性问题应由主办方确认，我只能说无法提供合格裁判的主办方是不负责任的。

For the first question you raised，it's true that the preferred format by the WCA for the Rubik's cube with feet event is "Best of X", but it is surely not "must", but "preferred", the possible formats are "Best of X" and "Mean of 3". As far as I know, almost all the rubik's cube with feet events have finished using the format of "mean of 3".

试试翻译

1.脚拧的积分方式要使用三次取最快的话（像盲拧）可能会好点，但是在中国的很多比赛都是去三次平均的，可不可以用取最快？
2。不清楚，不翻译
3.比赛里的打乱都是由代表提供的，但是代表也能参加比赛，如何保证比赛的公正性？
4.（感觉这个问题有问题）很多比赛里的裁判都是专业的裁判，比如在2011太原的比赛，很多裁判都不知道wca的比赛规则，我想问，任何不会wca规则的人都能做裁判吗？

感觉楼主英文怪怪的。。

2、6个比赛，WCA方面无法承认六地的比赛为一个，人数不解释，你能打英文，应该也认识should。。
3、能成为代表自然是信得过的

人数的问题在代表和board之间来回不下10封邮件，这就是为什么纠缠到只提前20多天才公布比赛。

记得暑假的合肥赛中小波既当代表又参加了比赛。但是比赛当场小波无练习无热身，只是专心指导现场的裁判和打乱和统计成绩。甚至中途放弃了很多比赛项目。所以说，代表来参加比赛纯属娱乐娱乐，他们的主要任务是来公正比赛的，我们信得过！！

但是既然楼主已经打了那么多英文，总比那个什么机在态度上要认真很多，那就随便指出几点用英语发贴的潜规则吧。

首先，用那么大那么粗的字体就是对读贴人的不尊重。此外全部字母大写、或者滥用感叹号和问好也是对他人的不尊重。这几种发贴习惯会被人无情地鄙视。
其次，引用他处文章的固定结构就是使用quote关键词，而不是那么小的字体。要引用的东西都不让人看得清楚点，还要引用干啥。
再次，你问的问题是四个独立的问题，所以应该用dots或者数字1 2 3 4或I II III IV来陈述问题，而不是first second third fourth。
最后，亲啊，咱说真的，英文不好就真的别显摆了。。。

這個我覺得沒問題...畢竟都是問題, 而且用first之類會比較formal, 雖然正確來說應該是用First of all/firstly, secondly,thirdly.......
