主要更新是:Cube explorer5.00,更新了的打乱程序,更新了英文版规则,更新了网页版的中文版规则,更新了署名信息。
感谢各位在09-10年对于规则提出意见的各位魔友。需要说明的几点是,这次的英文规则到4月底才定稿公布,5月我又不是很闲,所以校对更新的工作直到现在才完成。去年我的电脑硬盘损坏,最重要的源文件丢了几个,幸好从PDF逆向工程得到了文本,准备重新制作word和PDF。
为了方便各种需要,这次按照原来规则的版式
直接做成了网页,方便查看。PDF将会稍候推出方便打印。网页地址到服务器之后我会更新,WCA网站的链接我也在联络之中。
2010年6月根据最新的英文规则修改。

April 14, 2010: Final version for 2010, with the following changes:
Main changes:

    * Megaminx: preferred format for (combined) final now 'average of 5'. [fairness]
五魔方的比赛形式改为5次取平均。
Detailed changes:

    * Art. 1c8 added. WCA Delegate responsible for providing the scrambles. Not necessarily generate scrambles him/herself. A four eyes principle is preferred. [fairness]
1C8 加入。WCA 代表有责任提供打乱,但生成打乱可以不必由他自己完成。首选有监督机制的打乱生成过程。
    * Art. 2s3 moved to B1d. Because of allowing textures and markings there is no difference anymore for visually challenged competitors. [accessibility for blind]
2S3移动到盲拧一章。
    * Art. 3d renumbered to 3e. Because 3d was depending on 3e. [clarity]
3d重新编号为3e。因为3d是基于3e的。
    * Art. 3d (new) updated. Removed 'Twisty'. [clarity]
3d 更新,去除“twisty”。
    * Art. 3d (new) updated. Textures and painted colours are also allowed. This is a more generic solution for visual accessibility. [accessibility]
3d 更新,同样允许有不同质地的贴纸和喷涂的颜色。这也属于通过视觉还原魔方的一类。
    * Art. 3d1 added. Additional rule for puzzles with textures. [organisation, fairness]
3d1 加入,对于有不同质地的魔方的附加规则。
    * Art. 3e renumbered to 3d. Because 3d was depending on 3e. [clarity]
3e更新符号为3d
    * Art. 3e1 added. Stickers/tiles may show an image (in one colour). [accessibility for colour blind]
3e1 加入。贴纸,贴片可以有一种相同颜色的图案(每一面)。
    * Art. 3j updated. Removed 'textures' because textured puzzles are now allowed. [clarity]
3j 更新,移除“有质地的”。因为有质地的魔方已经被允许了。
    * Art. 3k updated. Changed 'before competitor starts' to 'before use in competition'. [consistency, clarity]

    * Art. 3l1 added. Engraved logos in tiles are not considered logos. [fairness]
3l1 加入 贴片雕刻的标志将不被认为是一个标志。
    * Art. 3m updated. Brand neutrality for all puzzle parts. [fairness]

    * Art. 4 updated. New scramble program for Square-1 and Pyraminx. [organisation]

    * Art. 4 updated. Moved the acknowledgements into the table. [clarity]
第四章更新将致谢放在一起。
    * Art. 5b updated. Clarified that puzzle defects may be solved at the end of the solve. [clarity]
5b 更新 清楚表明魔方故障可以在还原结束时修复。
    * Art. 8a7 updated. Only original Stackmat timers must be used. [fairness]
8a7更新,必须并且仅允许使用Stackmat原版的计时器
    * Art. 9b updated. Megaminx: preferred format for (combined) final now 'average of 5'. [fairness]
9b更新,五魔方的比赛形式改为五次平均。
    * Art. 9p1 updated. At least 25% of the competitors must not proceed to the next round. [fairness]
9p1更新,参赛选手中,至少有参赛人数的25%不能进入下一轮。
    * Art. 9p2 updated. Clarified that only the best competitors should proceed to the next round. [clarity]
9p2更新,说明只有排名靠前的选手能够进入下一轮。
    * Art. 10f updated. Explicitly mentioned Square-1 for misalignment. [clarity]
10f更新,明确了SQ-1的未还原状态。
    * Art. 10g updated. Misalignment of Magic has been changed. [fairness, clarity]
10g更新,改变魔板的未还原状态的定义。
    * Art. A3d1 added, former A3d1 and A3d2 renumbered. Puzzle must rest on mat. [fairness]
A3d1加入,之前的A3d1和A3d2重新编号,魔方必须留在垫子上。
    * Art. A6b1 added, times <= 0.05 are considered timer malfunctions.
A6b1加入,如果时间小于等于0.05秒将被视为计时器故障。
    * Art. A6b2 added, times >= 0.06 are considered a procedural error by the competitor.
A6b2加入,如果时间大于等于0.06秒将被视为比赛选手的程序上的故障。
    * Art. B1b1 added. Competitors must bring their own blindfolds. [hygiene]
B1b1加入,比赛选手必须带着他们自己的眼罩。
    * Art. B1b2 added. WCA Delegate should check blindfolds. [fairness]
B1b2加入,WCA代表应该检查眼罩的有效性。
    * Art. B1c added. Competitor must not touch the inner parts of a puzzle. [cheating prevention]
B1c加入,参赛选手不能触碰魔方的内部零件。
    * Art. B1d (new) updated. Blindfolded solving only on puzzles with stickers or tiles. But for competitors with visual disabilities inspection can be done on a puzzle with markings or textures. [accessibility]
B1d加入,更新。盲拧必须使用贴纸或者贴片的魔方,但是对于有视力障碍的选手,可以使用其带有标志或者有质地的魔方。
    * Art. B4c updated. For blindfolded event do not use an object that limits the physical movement of a competitor.
B4c更新,对于盲拧项目,不可以使用阻碍选手身体运动的物体。
    * Art. E1a added. The maximum number of moves of a solution is 80 moves. Longer solutions do not need to be considered by the organisation team. [organisation]
E1a加入,一个解法的最大步数将被限制为80步,更长的解法将不会被组织团队接受。
    * Art. G1a added. Competitor must not use the timer for practice solves in between official solves. [cheating prevention, organisation]
G1a加入,在记录成绩的还原期间,选手不可使用计时器来练习。

多谢提醒,大于等于0.06。
我在规则的校对中用了更清晰的语义,反倒是重要更新的内容没有更改。
