<P>2牙膏打磨有坏的可能性的。个人不推荐。</P>
<P>3括号里的表示是一个手法，一般是可以连贯完成的。</P>
<P>4小白的新手教程里有教得，LZ可以找一下，</P>
<P>5如果有钱的话弄一个也不错，至于有什么帮助我就不知道了，我也没用过</P>
<P>6凡士林，碧丽珠，都可以作为润滑的。</P>
<P>7R有白色的。</P>

第一个问题没搞懂。<br>2、新手最好不要用牙膏进行打磨，让其自然磨合就好了。<br>3、括号的意思是认为标记的，括号内是一组动作，一般是比较连贯的基本动作。就是常说的FSC。<br>4、稍后发图片解释上来。<br>5、有钱就买吧，近期有一批有点瑕疵的垫子不过也非常好不影响使用，我买了好几条。 有计时器的话在练习时可以接近实战。<br>6、手喷式硅油H-23或D-39可以用化工店里的“二甲基硅油”代替。<br>7、R也有白色的，不过比较少见价格也要贵一些。
