盗版侵权MEFFERT魔方的公告

I am happy to announce that in addition to the great support by SIPO in enforcing our China Patents, The State intellectual Copyright office has issued us with the appropriate certificates covering more than
40 of mine or licensed puzzles International copyright going all the way back to my Pyraminx and all my original puzzles.  The 2D / 3D copyright unlike a patent is valid for 50 years whilst the Author is still alive and another 50 years after the authors death so a total of 100 years.  I have been assured that our China copyright will be just as fiercely enforced as what SIPO is doing for our China Patents.

Please note: that the Curvy Copter by Tom van der Zanden who assigned his International copyright to me (which is also recognized by the China Government) with the request to fully protect the Curvy Copter and unique core also in China and this we will do to the best of our ability sharing no expense taking the harshest legal action utilizing all revenues at our disposal including release DMCA (The Digital Millennium Copyright Act)complaints with the various hosting providers and payment gateway PayPal and Alicash as well as To Boa, Alibaba, EBay to mention just the main ones and the offences will also be reported to all online crime control centres worldwide.

SIPO and the China State Copyright office have pledged their fullest support.  The Curvy
Copter and core is also partially covered under our issued China Helicopter patent and Adam
G. Cowan’s International 2D / 3D copyright which has also been registered in China.

To avoid expensive legal consequence I like to strongly urge all factories producing illegal (unlicensed) KO’s of our puzzles to immediately stop producing them and or removing them for their website.

我很高兴地宣布，除了在中国国家知识产权局的大力支持下，已执行了我们在中国所受到专利权权益的维護, 国家知识产权局版权局也授予我近四十多种魔方的正式国际版权证書，这些包括了我的首創品金字塔魔方和其它我原創的魔方。二维/三维版权是不同于专利权的, 共享有100年的权益。
