魔方棱块曾经也是全封闭的

最早的魔方是木头做的，肯定是实心的。

我这介绍的是指批量生产时的塑料魔方，目前就算是最好的魔方棱块都没全封闭的，如图：

虽然边块还是空心的，但是角块却全部是实心的（准确的说，应该是封闭的空心）：

魔方棱块有没有全封闭对魔方的快速旋转有关系吗？我觉得可能影响不大的。不然为何经过二十多年后的今天，不采用这种棱块呢，另外这与生产魔方的成本、工艺等也有关系了。[em05]
