When I created this puzzle, I decided to calculate the complexity factor of all previous puzzles.
I took into account two parameters: K = total number of protruding blocks / number of parts on which there are protruding blocks.
the biger both numbers, the more difficult the puzzle. however, if there are a lot of blocks, the puzzle will be blocked and it will not turned.
