难以提速，请高手指点

现在我的平均速度55…最快也就42…每天练习但也不见提升…怎样训练更有效…我用的F2L公式20多条…顶层架十字…2段式OLLPLL

我以前是7条十字OLL+PLL就可以保持平均40秒内的成绩（一二层用层先法）。建议LZ手法上还需要加强一下，手法是提速的重要因素之一。
到了进入40秒之后，F2L便是提速的关键了。

我也遇到瓶颈了，在QQ上请教了不少高手，大部分都说要练习手法，把公式丢掉，这样反应快

手法，观察，推荐背完f2l，然后勤练习

我也建议先放弃F2l，我也是用层先还原前两层，成绩基本在40秒左右，还是把手法练熟了好，另外建议除了十字的七种情况外，把五种点的oll也背了
