9#的方法我也常用，但又一布直接点“选定”那个框，拉伸至合适大小就可以把图截出来了，再新建图片，粘帖，保存……

同学们的方法好麻烦啊...用“画图”打开图片，选“图像”--“拉伸扭曲”然后在水平和垂直上填入合适的相同的数值就可以刻

<P>以前没研究这问题，不管简单复杂，都用无所不能的专业平面设计软件Photoshop和coreldraw,<BR>&nbsp;如果没装其它软件，简单的用WINDOWS的画笔就行。<BR>如果单纯调整大小，常用的看图软件ACDSEE 5.0也是很方便的：</P>

我一般都用的“Microsoft Office Picture Manager”，没有PS和ACDSEE的可以试试，很方便，功能很齐全，也很易用。
