In a recent meeting in Shantau between Mr. Lan of Lan Lan Puzzles, Mr. ???,  the chief of SIPO Shantou, and myself; Mr. Lan informed me that he is not making Gear Cubes and has never planned to do so.  I mentioned to him that we were able to buy two Lan Lan Gear cubes, one white and one black, with the Tony Fisher labels in Beijing.  The seller of these informed us that they were shipped by Mrs. Lan from Shantou to Beijing and are now easily purchasable in toy and stationary shops in Beijing and elsewhere throughout China.  

Please note that these are illegal copies and if you are a law abiding citizen you should not buy them but report any find to me at mpg2@mefferts.com or Rita at - tanriting@163.comWhen we confronted Mr. Lan with this information, he strongly denied making the Gear Cubes.  He has stated that someone unknown to him and his wife is illegally using his company logo and shipping cartons and packaging.  We can therefore only believe that that person must have made his/her own moulds as this Gear Cube is slightly smaller to what the other KO companies are now making.  We have been working a long time trying to stop these KO companies and have now reached a peaceful settlement with most of them.

I offered to help Lan Lan get their stolen identity back and locate the illegal mould.  So please help us to locate the illegal Lan Lan copy Gear cubes, the shop that is selling them as well as the person supplying the stores and any websites selling the Lan Lan Gear cubes and report this direct to mpg2@mefferts.com or Rita at - tanriting@163.com.

I would like to ask that you help us locate these moulds of the KO Lan Lan Gear Cube.  If you put your detective skills to work, we should be able to solve this problem once and for all.  Anyone who can help us with this will be compensated for their time by a gift of some original Meffert’s Puzzles of their choice.

本人蓝润川是汕头市澄海区蓝蓝塑胶制品厂的经营者，齿轮魔方发明人Uwe Meffert于2011年2月16日到我厂出示了一款齿轮魔方（上附有蓝蓝商标WTS和包装盒，Meffert称于2011年1月18日由周先生向蓝蓝公司小育（又名林育绥）购买。）上述产品经本人确让不是由我厂（蓝蓝塑胶制品厂）生产，本人承诺不生产与20130136066.6专利相同或相近的产品，如果生产被发现愿意赔偿专利权人人民币50万。

哈哈，这声明写得真有水平，我怎么就干不出瞪着眼睛说瞎话的事情呢？

　　解读一下：按照这个声明的意思是说有个人冒充蓝蓝老板的老婆出售了假冒蓝蓝品牌的魔方，碰巧被Meffert拿到了。Meffert觉得这样盗版不应该，找到蓝蓝的老板。然后呢，蓝蓝的老板写出了这么一份声明。

　　讨论一下：如果这个声明属实，那么这个冒充蓝蓝品牌的魔方，生产者是谁？这人挺厉害的，摸清楚了蓝蓝业务的方方面面，甚至了解蓝蓝的老板娘负责销售，伪装了完全相同的身份。那么，也就是说卖出这个“假冒蓝蓝品牌”魔方的人肯定不是蓝蓝老板的老婆，嗯，现在办离婚挺容易的，需要这个证据还算比较容易拿出来。
　　如果这个声明是假的，哈哈，就是说蓝蓝的老板想要把老婆休了包小蜜，所以发了这么毒的誓。

　　看热闹的不嫌事儿大，反正护着蓝蓝的版主早就给我穿了两双小鞋了，我不再乎多穿几双，看热闹了。

真缺德。。。居然有人干得出这种事情。。。
