Mr. Meffert,
1 - "Now regarding KOs a person calling himself Qx is now offering KOs of our Pyraminx-Crystal designed by Aleh Hladzilin and our Flower-Minx designed by Dave Litwin.  This man is falsely claiming that they are designed originally by him and he is making them for Mefferts Puzzles. This is of course NOT True. However I last year did enter into an agreement with him for five of our puzzles whereby he could manufacture them for the Chinese market only and pay our company a royalty for the use of our Mefferts Brand. I was also helping him improve the design and quality of those five old puzzles in question, which where myPyraminx, Skewb cube, Megaminx and Master and Prof. cube only. As it turns out, he was very dishonest in his dealings with us.  Not only did he not abide by the agreement we signed, but he later began to tell my wife that the Pyraminx, Master cube and Professor cube were invented by him.

2 - If however this plea falls on deaf ears and we cannot now stop this from becoming an even more serious copy problem than it already is and protect the original designers of these puzzles from receiving their deserved recognition and royalty, then I will stop creating new puzzles for next year and beyond.  In 1985 when the Taiwan KO problem got totally out of hand, I closed my total puzzle operation for 5 years and went back to breading exotic fish and shrimp until the Taiwanese Government closed all the copy companies down in 1990.  We are not against closing down our puzzle operation once again if this problem is not stopped.  If you want to continue to see high quality puzzles coming from Mefferts puzzles, DON'T PURCHASE THE COPIES!

3 - We are now taking legal action against ** and other copy companies with pledged full Chinese Government support, so let’s see what happens.  But we will still also need your fullest support.  Ulrich and I cannot and will not do it on our own.  We need to see that our sacrifices and efforts are appreciated and our new puzzle releases are indeed cherished."

簡單翻譯如下 :
1 - Qx 現在 正出售 Aleh Hladzilin 設計 的 Pyraminx-Crystal 及 Dave Litwin 設計 的 Flower-Minx. 他們 還 宣稱 這兩款 魔方 都是 自我研發, 並且 Meffert 售賣的 都由他們的工廠生產. 這是個 錯誤宣言. 去年, Meffert 確實 有跟 Qx 簽署合作協定, 允許 他們 為Meffert 生產 幾款魔方, 包括 Pyraminx, Skewb cube, Master and Prof. cube. Meffert 也替Qx 改良了很多魔方設計, 模具及技術, 以達到國際魔方的標準. 但是, Qx 並沒有 里行合約 的條文, 反之 說 那些 魔方 都是 他們自己研發改良.

2 - Meffert 希望 大家 不要購買 KO Pyraminx-Crystal 及 KO Flower-Minx, 保障 發明家的利益, 不然, Meffert 將會在下年度 停止 生產新款魔方. 1985 , 台灣 有很嚴重 的KO 問題, Meffert 就停了 5年 生產新款魔方. 1990, 台灣政府 嚴正處理 KO 問題, 關閉了很多KO 工廠, 也拉了負責人去坐牢. Meffert 才回來, 再為大家 生產 新款魔方. 如果 大家 還想 見到 新款的魔方 面世, 請不要買 KO 產品.

3 - Meffert 現在 以法律途徑 去 處理 Qx 廠 及 其他廠 的 KO Meffert's 魔方問題. 並 已經 得到 中國政府的全力支持, 大家 拭目以待罷 !
     另外, Meffert 還需要 大家的支持, 支持 正版, 專重 知識產權. 謝謝 !

　　曾经回复给某个盗版厂商的话，在这里表态也很合适，所以进行了简单的修改发出来。

　　在支持正版的问题上，我从来没有高尚过，我一直在跟别人说，我支持正版的目的特别自私。

　　一个产业良性发展，需要的就是研发上面的投入，有人去研究新设计、新产品，这个产业才能更好的发展下去，而支持新设计新产品产生的动力无怪乎利益本身，就是说进行研发的厂家、人员在新品上有钱可挣，才有可能有研发的动力。

　　购买正版的魔方，事实上就是将自己的支持通过金钱的方式传递给设计者，让他们知道设计魔方不需要饿肚子，不需要影响生活，而且设计好就能让生活更美好。

　　接着说我的自私，我喜欢玩魔方，我经常跟人家说我并不是什么收藏家，让我进入收藏领域的原因不过是因为我喜欢去找各种新鲜结构的魔方去破解，所以渐渐地越来越多，被别人误认为收藏。
　　但是我收藏的魔方里面只有正版，这是因为我明白我想要得到新奇的魔方，需要这个产业处于良性的发展，设计新品的人员有钱可挣才能让这个产业继续发展下去，我才能玩到更多的魔方，所以令我鄙视的第一就是你们这类生产盗版的厂家，因为你们的存在让市场上有盗版的产品，让所有拿着新鲜设计的魔方的个人或厂家犹豫着不敢进入这个市场，就是因为你们存在，那么多新鲜的魔方我根本没有机会见到。

　　我很自私，是因为盗版的存在让我玩不到新魔方，我不爽！

　　同时把这些说明说给那些从购买行为上支持盗版的人们，你们的确在某一个或某几个甚至全部魔方玩具上面获得了低廉的价格，但是我想反问一句，你想玩到更多更好的魔方吗？盗版也许让你可以以低廉的价格获得更多的魔方，但是盗版毁掉的是你将来可能玩到的更多的魔方。
　　你是真的喜欢魔方吗？你是希望获得更多魔方吗？那么就应该从自己做起，把眼光看得更长远，支持正版并抵制盗版，也许你获取魔方的速度会变慢，但是在你的爱护下，魔方的市场才能够正常的发展，才能有更多更好的魔方等待你。

　　这就是我为什么鄙视那些支持盗版的人，相信你们也应该明白，我在用自己的金钱和行动去呵护的魔方市场，被这些支持盗版的人掠夺，它们是在抢夺我的果实！
